The Homes of Briarcliff Commons
The homes of Briarcliff Commons were built in 2001 by two wonderful Atlanta builders, each with a long history of quality, reliability & detail: John Willis Homes and Waterford Homes. As a result, each home has its own unique style and distinct architectural makeup.
Once inside, you soon notice that each builder took detailed, particular steps to distinguish one home from another, from whole-home architectural moldings to wired homes, to exterior water features. Together, they created a beautiful neighborhood in an area that is commuter-ideal, convenient to most any type of shopping, only 15 minutes from Midtown and Lenox, and close to Emory and the CDC.
